President’s Report	Connor announced: Next board meeting on April 21 in Macomb. That weekend is also Alumni Weekend for the chapter. The agenda is to be announced. House committee has found two prospective properties we may occupy. Brother Terry Austin is doing legwork in Macomb to find and research options. Thanks Terry! Members of the house committee are Connor, Tom Stern, Terry Austin, and Chuck Hvala	April 21 Alumni Weekend for the chapter the agenda to be announced.
Active Chapter President Report	Active Chapter President Cole Harris reported: We are 40 brothers strong GPA is 3.036, 4th highest fraternity Teaming up with women’s basketball team to conduct tournament Cole attended President’s Conference at national National fees were raised to $435 per year per brother
VP Report	Vic reported: Over $35,000 in scholarship provided so far Recommends we conduct fundraisers. We can ask national for ideas. Actives need to complete their scholarship applications by April 1	The board voted and passed to keep scholarships at six for $1,000 each per semester.
Treasurer Report	Chuck Hvala reported Over $4,000 collected from the Jon Slater House Fund Challenge After expenses and scholarships were paid, our fund is up 11.35% last year
Secretary’s Report	Orin announced: Oversized cards were mailed to brothers without email addresses (388). Tom Stern will follow up on the cards returned with bad addresses (44). We approached national to have Ken Caldwell be a cover story for the Rattle Active Garrett Lisle has been our on-campus reports on chapter news. Thanks, Garrett!
